Every LocalePop item is made to order by our print-on-demand partner. Because each piece is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@localepop.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. No need to return the original item.

Wrong Size or Colour

Please review size guides carefully before ordering. We cannot accept returns for incorrect size or colour selection, but contact us and we will do our best to help.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your parcel delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 14 days. We will investigate with the carrier and reship if the claim is valid.

Order Cancellations

Orders enter production quickly. Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Email support@localepop.com immediately — we cannot guarantee cancellation after production begins.
