Returns & Refunds
Every LocalePop item is printed to order just for you, so we don't offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.
If anything is wrong with your order, we'll make it right. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, or if the wrong item arrives, contact us at support@localepop.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated delivery window, get in touch and we'll chase it down, and replace or refund it if it's lost.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
