1. About LocalePop

LocalePop is a print-on-demand apparel brand selling location-pride merchandise. Orders are fulfilled by Printify and delivered by third-party carriers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order.

3. Products

All products are made to order. Colours may vary slightly from screen representations. Design artwork is our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without written permission.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in USD (and converted at checkout for your region). We accept all major payment methods via Shopify Payments. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

5. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order (e.g. pricing errors, suspected fraud), in which case we will issue a full refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LocalePop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or site.
